Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PlayDuoQ you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayDuoQ. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental permission.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for your account and any activity under it. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. One account per person — do not create accounts for other people or bots.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post false, misleading, or impersonating profile information
• Use the platform to spam or advertise unrelated services
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform
• Use automated scripts to interact with the service

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Content

You own the content you post (bio, profile info, messages). By posting it you grant PlayDuoQ a non-exclusive licence to display it to other users as part of the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, or violates the rights of others.

6. Pro Subscription

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

7. Disclaimers

PlayDuoQ is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee you will find a gaming partner, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that other users will behave appropriately. Use your own judgement when sharing personal information with matches.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlayDuoQ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PlayDuoQ operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
